Book section folding is the process of folding imposed flat sheets into sections ready for further processes like hard case binding, burst binding, saddle stitching and wire/coil binding.

Maximum flat size: 1400mm x 1000mm

Minimum fold size: 50mm

Recommended paper weight range: 80gsm - 250gsm (subject to folding style, please check with our team member)

Folding imposition range: 4pp, 6pp, 8pp, 12pp, 16pp, 20pp, 24pp, 32pp

Tips

Please ensure that the lay is clearly marked and that we receive a folding sample.

If supplying folded sections ensure that the perforation holds for our processing.
